These terms govern your use of covenantretreats.com and of the text messaging program described below. Using this site means you accept them. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Program. Covenant Retreats operates a conversational text messaging program. If you check the box on our inquiry form asking us to text you, Bryant or Debbie may reply by text about your inquiry and help you plan your trip. This is a two-way conversation, not a marketing blast.
How to opt in. Tick the SMS consent box on our inquiry form and give us your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking, and you can send us an inquiry without agreeing to texts. We do not add anyone to text messaging without that affirmative opt-in, and we do not buy or import phone numbers from anyone else.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, because messages are replies within a conversation you started.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Covenant Retreats does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. You can opt back in by replying START or by asking us.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@covenantretreats.com, or call 888-910-7079.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Covenant Retreats is a travel agency. Every booking made through us is governed by our Booking Terms & Conditions, which you sign electronically on the guest details link we send after you book. Your trip is also subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line, resort, or tour operator providing it, and to the terms of our host agency. Those terms govern deposits, payment schedules, changes, cancellations, and refunds, and we will point you to them before you pay.
Prices, itineraries, and availability shown on this site are subject to change and to confirmation by the supplier until your booking is confirmed. Where a price is shown as a “from” figure it is the lowest category available at the time of publication and may no longer be available.
You are responsible for travel documents. Passports, visas, and entry requirements are set by governments, change without notice, and are ultimately your responsibility. We will tell you what we know, but we cannot be liable for denied boarding or entry.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.
The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Covenant Retreats or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Please do not use this site to send unlawful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt it.
We work to keep the information here accurate, but the site is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Covenant Retreats is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
We may update these terms. The current version always appears here with its effective date.
